After the collaboration with Dolcini Associati and Fabrica, in 2005 Paolo Palma is among the founders of Heads Collective.
In 2014 he created his own communication design studio, Metodo Studio. Metodo Studio focuses on the design of visual identity for private and public companies, on the project and the artistic direction of exhibitions and on editorial projects.
Palma is a professor of graphic design at the ISIA of Urbino and at the Iuav University of Venice.
